Fudgy Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

Makes enough for 2-3 servings

  • 1 flax egg
  • 2/3 cup apple sauce
  • 50g VGAN Dark Chocolate Bar, melted
  • 3-5 tbs milk
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tbs cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions ​

  1. Preheat oven to 355°C and grease a 8in diameter baking pan
  2. Combine the wet and dry ingredients separately, then mix together
  3. Pour the batter into your tin and top with more VGAN chocolate!
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, let cool and enjoy

    Tip: Decorate with more melted chocolate and berries
    .
