Ingredients
Makes enough for 2-3 servings
- 1 flax egg
- 2/3 cup apple sauce
- 50g VGAN Dark Chocolate Bar, melted
- 3-5 tbs milk
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tbs cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 355°C and grease a 8in diameter baking pan
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients separately, then mix together
- Pour the batter into your tin and top with more VGAN chocolate!

Bake for 25-30 minutes, let cool and enjoy
Tip: Decorate with more melted chocolate and berries.
