Ingredients
Makes about 12 truffles
- Salted Caramel Truffles:
- 140g pitted dates
- 50g almond butter
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp maca powder {optional}
- 1 VGAN Salted Caramel Bar
- Chopped almonds
Directions
- Blend dates, almond butter, salt and maca until you get a cohesive dough. You might need to add some water to help it combine
- Form small spheres and place in the freezer for 15-30 minutes
- Melt the chocolate and dip your spheres in it one by one and top with the almonds
