Ingredients
- 1 flax egg
- 100g soft coconut oil
- 100g brown sugar
- 50g white sugar
- 90g flour
- 3 tbs cocoa powder
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3-5 tbs Milk

1 VGAN Dark Chocolate Bar
- 1 VGAN Salted Caramel Bar
Directions
- Mix coconut oil and sugars until creamy and combine in the flax egg
- Add the rest except chocolate, milk and mix
- Add milk until you get a nice cookie dough, then fold through the chocolate and put in the fridge overnight or at least a few hours
- Preheat oven to 355°C and form 1-2 tbs sized cookies on a lined baking sheet
- Bake for 10-12 minutes and let cool completely
