Ingredients
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 2-4 tbs agave syrup
- 2-3 tbs full fat coconut milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 VGAN Coconut Cream Chocolate Bar
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions
- Blend the shredded coconut, coconut oil, agave, salt and 2 tbs coconut milk until you get a dough you can mold. Add more coconut milk if needed
- Form small mounds and put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes
- Melt the chocolate with the 1 tsp of coconut oil and dip your coconut mounds one by one
- Store in the fridge and enjoy
