VGAN Chocolate Mounds Bar Recipe

Vegan Mounds Bars

 ​Ingredients ​

  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 2-4 tbs agave syrup 
  • 2-3 tbs full fat coconut milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 VGAN Coconut Cream Chocolate Bar
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Directions ​

  1. Blend the shredded coconut, coconut oil, agave, salt and 2 tbs coconut milk until you get a dough you can mold. Add more coconut milk if needed
  2. Form small mounds and put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes
  3. Melt the chocolate with the 1 tsp of coconut oil and dip your coconut mounds one by one
  4. Store in the fridge and enjoy
