Ingredients
- Brine from 1 can chickpeas (aquafaba)
- 1 VGAN Coconut Cream Chocolate Bar
- Pinch of salt
- 1-2 tbs icing sugar (optional)
Directions
- Melt the chocolate and stir through the salt
- Whip the aquafaba until stiff peaks form, you can also add some icing sugar at this point if you want
- Gently whip the melted chocolate into the peaks until combined. Then pour into serving glasses

Tip: Add whipped coconut cream and strawberries!
