VGAN Chocolate Salted Caramel Truffle Recipe

Salted Caramel Truffle


Makes about 12 truffles ​

  • Salted Caramel Truffles:
  • 140g pitted dates
  • 50g almond butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder {optional}
  • 1 VGAN Salted Caramel ​Bar
  • Chopped almonds

Directions  ​

  1. Blend dates, almond butter, salt and maca until you get a cohesive dough. You might need to add some water to help it combine
  2. Form small spheres and place in the freezer for 15-30 minutes
  3. Melt the chocolate and dip your spheres in it one by one and top with the almonds
  4. Store in the freezer until ready to eat
