Vegan Chocolate Mousse


Directions ​

  1. Melt the chocolate and stir through the salt
  2. Whip the aquafaba until stiff peaks form, you can also add some icing sugar at this point if you want
  3. Gently whip the melted chocolate into the peaks until combined. Then pour into serving glasses
  4. Let it set for at least 2 hours and enjoy!

    Tip: Add whipped coconut cream and strawberries!
